Healthy recipes for dinner

Ingredients


1 1/2 lbs skirt steak, cut into 4-"-long items, then reduce against the grain into 1/4-inches-heavy pieces


Sea salt and freshly ground pepper


1/4 glass reduced-sodium soy marinade


1 serrano chile pepper, seeded and well chopped


2 teaspoons glucose


2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice (1 to 2 limes)


2 tablespoons organic olive oil


2 cloves garlic, grated


1 bundle scallions, thinly sliced up


6 oz . clean mushrooms, sliced


1/4 pound snow peas or natural beans


1 12-ounce can infant corn, drained


1 reddish colored bell pepper, thinly sliced (recommended)
